First the diet and now the reflection each night. I have to keep it together.
Gratitude:
- Made it to work out everyday since Sunday
- Visiting fam in NY
- Gorgeous weather this evening, breezy and no humidity.
- Coffee
- Got my steps today
- Crappy weather yesterday but made for good time at the pool
- The big baby is doing awesome sleeping in his bed
- Slept over 8 hours last night and was the first one up this AM (not including my husband)
- Under my calories today (god, I hope I didn’t forget to track something)
- Dog at doggy daycare today
Action: Improve protein tomorrow. Get in a workout.
