The next chapter…

So needless to say, I did NOT lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks. Shocking, I know. I did lose 10 lbs though. And if I can lose another 10 lbs in the next 6 weeks, we’ll I will be in a much better place than I was. And maybe I will be better able to see my own progress. October 20th. Mark the calendar. I am continuing at the gym. It is pricey! Probably more than I have the business to be paying, but my health is a priority right? And in my current state I feel like total garbage. And my attitude is kinda garbage and I feel like I am treating myself and those around me like garbage. Soooo, I will spend the money and be committed and get to where I want to be.
