Morning routine

Gratitude

  1. Made it to the gym yesterday
  2. It’s Halloween
  3. My husband who is really trying to take care of me
  4. Changing leaves
  5. My beautiful children ❤️

Intentions:

Clear negative thoughts. Look for the silver linings. Focus on what I can accomplish today. Enjoy time with my family. Think of them when I feel overwhelmed. Be patient.
