It’s like I hate being this fat, I hate my clothes being too tight or just not fitting, I hate what I see when I look in the mirror. But I can’t commit to what I know I need to do and what I have done in the past. A healthy diet. The exercise part is easier. It’s the diet. Which is really the crux of the whole thing. So this week I am just going to focus on my mindset. I am going to practice gratitude each day and set an intention.
Gratitude:
- Short week w/o students
- It’s going to be a sunny day
- Short work day
- My hubs is back! I was lonely without him
- My beautiful boys
Intention: I will move through the day with purpose and gratitude. I will appreciate each moment especially when I am with those I love.
