Reset again!

I can’t get my s together. I am not making progress with my diet and healthy choices. Today has to be a new day. I feel bad about myself and still can’t dig deep and get motivated to stick to what I need to do. Wtf?!?!

  2. My beautiful loving children
  3. Christmas lights
  4. The hygge became a thing
  5. Coffee

Intentions: track my food, be focused at work, workout, practice gratitude through the day.
