Wednesday Work

Gratitude:

  2. Getting to reset after losing my cool with those same babies
  3. Spousal weight loss
  4. More testing today
  5. Coffee
  6. My hairdryer

Intentions: Be focused and productive at work. Mindful eating and interactions. Breathe.

I need to make more time for journaling and getting the thoughts processed and out!
