I have really been slipping. No gratitude, no intentions, no tracking. Letting the chaos take over. I will refocus and start each day with the positive and with mindfulness.
Gratitude:
- Baby boys
- Being pregnancy although I still don’t accept it 100% yet…what if something goes wrong, it’s still so early, what if there is a problem or the baby is unhealthy. My first appt is Wednesday. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 that all goes well.
- Working 4 days this week
- Nice family weekend that was NOT too busy. I need that more often.
- Watched the end of the Mandolorian.
- Fresh pita bread.
Intentions: Be mindful and focused. Complete work tasks. Be positive and keep snarky comments to self. Get more sleep tonight.
