Drink lots of water, follow nutrition plan today, work with focus and efficiency, get at least 1 thing done for me / family.
I need to be consistent and practice gratitude daily. The weekends always throw me off.
Intentions: Be focused and productive, workout, get sleep.
Intentions: Do some reading, relaxing, and enjoying.

I was reminded while folding laundry that I need to practice gratitude on the weekends too. It was a tough evening. Lots of thoughts. Focusing on gratitude helps.
