      Weight has at least stayed about the same (since I have been an Ahole about diet)
      My little baby 🐻 I love him so much

    Today, I will focus on the positive and push aside negative thoughts. I will start my IEP. I will accomplish what I can at work.

    Started doing a collective gratitude list with my husband to help shift his mindset and attitude

    Intentions:

    I will acknowledge and clear negative thoughts, I will find the silver linings, I will be productive today. I will enjoy my time esp with my family.

    Intentions:

    I will be mindful–acknowledge and clear negative thoughts, breathe deeply if I start to feel stressed or overwhelmed, and make good healthy choices. I will complete an IEP and prep for my next one. I will be in bed by 9pm.
