How I want my day to go…

The new challenge from the nutrition coach. Just to give the back story, I have been a mess the past two weeks. Eating like shit, not making time for exercise, not getting enough sleep or water. Not tracking. Feeling sad and overwhelmed and just awful all around. I had hit a milestone before that, under 170 finally. I even bought some new clothes. And I ruined it. Ruined my progress. My mojo. Whatever. I also feel sick. Little bear picked up something and I think I got it. So, I was told to journal how I want my day to go. Visualization I guess, the secret kinda shit (I assume since i never read it). So here goes.

I want today to be a good and relaxing day. I will get things done, some cleaning and some work and target. But I will feel relaxed and calm today. I am going to enjoy my family today.
